控制過渡金屬硫化物的晶相能夠調(diào)節(jié)電子結(jié)構(gòu)促進電催化性能。
有鑒于此,高麗大學(xué)Jeunghee Park、全州大學(xué)Hong Seok Kang等通過調(diào)節(jié)膠體反應(yīng)的條件,在含有過量Se的條件進行合成(通過增加Se反應(yīng)物的濃度或者降低生長溫度),將晶相由半導(dǎo)體2H轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻饘?M相。
