大多數(shù)的納米酶都是通過不斷的實驗試錯方法得到的,由于人們對于納米酶催化機理的不清楚,因此納米酶的應用通常受到不知道如何調(diào)控酶活性的影響。
有鑒于此,北京師范大學那娜等報道通過雙層模板法(two-tier template capture strategy)合成了空心軸狀Mo-Pt單原子納米酶(H-MoN5@PtN4/C)催化劑。
